The Laurels is an elegant period family house, located at the top of the old town, but within easy walking distance of the town centre. There is off-street parking and secure storage for bikes etc.
We have a choice of two upstairs guest rooms: The Double Room has excellent views across the Teme valley to the Shropshire Hills; the Twin Room overlooks our mature private garden, with woodland backdrop.
Both rooms have comfortable beds, WiFi, and tea- and coffee- making facilities.
Breakfast is served in the downstairs Guest Lounge, with TV, books and maps. Start the day with fresh eggs from our free-range chickens(!) as part of a full cooked breakfast – vegetarian options on request. Our guests are welcome to use the Lounge at any time.
